Welcome to RACE Rx Academy of Exercise Sciences! It is our mission to provide unique, innovative, and useful continuing education to exercise and fitness professionals. We offer a variety of continuing education courses, containing information gathered from both scientific sources and professional experience. By becoming part of the Academy network, you will gain access to various educational paths and portals but also have the opportunity to interact with exercise scientists and professionals all seeking to improve their knowledge and skills.

Vibration Exercise Training:
The Vibration Exercise Training course is designed to introduce exercise professionals to the concepts, methodologies, and programming of vibration as a form of exercise.
FreeMotion Fitness Trainer:
This course is designed to introduce the exercise professional to various techniques and systems utilized in sports conditioning.
FreeMotion Master Trainer:
The FreeMotion Master Trainer is the second in a series of three FreeMotion specialty courses. This course introduces the trainer to the advanced training system, MC2, which combines three unique FreeMotion training modalities into a dynamic muscular, cardiovascular, and caloric exercise session.
FreeMotion Premier Trainer:
The FreeMotion Premier Trainer is the third course in the FreeMotion specialty series. This course is designed to expand the trainers knowledge of exercise science principles while enhancing his/her ability to apply those principles in the field. Exercise physiology and biomechanics topics are presented in an applied format to enhance the trainers ability to design optimal exercise programs and foster optimal fitness development.
Sports Conditioning Techniques:
This course is designed to introduce the exercise professional to various techniques and systems utilized in sports conditioning.
